Sep 19,2024I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from Cambridge Mask Co. My experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. First off, despite paying $23 for "Urgent Shipping," I was hit with an additional $6.50 fee from Morocco Post upon delivery. I had informed Cambridge Mask Co. about potential extra charges beforehand, but they chose to ignore my warnings. This lack of transparency was incredibly frustrating. Then there's the issue with their tracking system. My order was marked as "fulfilled" even though my package had been returned to the office. This misleading status left me confused and questioning their operational integrity. To make matters worse, their customer service is abysmal. Even when they do reply, it’s just empty promises with no actual resolution. I’m still waiting for a refund that never arrives. It feels like they’re actively avoiding any accountability. In conclusion, Cambridge Mask Co. fails miserably in service and communication. If you value reliable shipping, transparent pricing, and responsive support, steer clear of this company. Save yourself the headache and choose a provider that values its customers. Recommendation: Avoid Cambridge Mask Co. and look for a more trustworthy company.

Sep 10,2024The customer service is real great. The postman failed to find the door twice and returned the masks which then had to be sent again. They resent them every time till the masks were delivered and were very courteous and helpful all along.

Aug 29,2024Overall, an excellent product. It helps with my severe allergies. I can work in our gardens and forests without feeling sick after and the breathing resistance is less than any other respirator I've used. There are some size differences between models, like the admiral runs a little small, but our family needs all different sizes so we just swap as needed. One last note, I wish I'd stocked up on the Donatello. I hesitate when I saw it on sale and haven't seen it since it sold out.

I am immune-compromised and I travel overseas and move in high dense wearing these and feel really safe while feeling/looking like a ninja. THANK YOU

Aug 26,2024I am very happy with the masks. I am a teacher and needed to have a good fitting mask. I purchased four on sale to wear daily. I love them because they are stylish and fit well. I use the head straps provided to make sure they are snug, and they protected me even in a poorly ventilated room. Overall my experience has been excellent, including ordering and shipping.

Aug 26,2024I recently made my 3rd (or was it 4th?) purchase from Cambridge Mask Co. to replace the last set of masks as they wore out. I first found them at the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, when I needed a reusable mask for all day wear at work, to protect myself (respiratory problems) abe immune compromised family. I’ve found them comfortable, durable, well-made, and cost-effective. I continue to use them outdoors for protection from smoke, urban air pollution, pollen season, and indoors when airborne illness is going around. My only complaint is the elastic drawstrings disintegrate, maybe from being sweated on. And the nose piece is not as sturdy as could be. But generally they hold up well under hard wear.

Aug 24,2024No email to tell me when it had been shipped, no timeframe for delivery. I had to email them to ask if it was on its way (it was not yet) and assured that tracking emails will be sent (those didn't happen). Only order if you're fine waiting for untracked parcels and no updates.

Aug 24,2024I love these masks. I have bought several for myself and my husband over the last few years. It’s great that they are N95, so offer genuine protection, but are also soft and comfortable. Of course they look good too. They are washable and the different designs can coordinate with different outfits. The service from the company is consistently great too.

Aug 24,2024I first ordered a mask from Cambridge Mask Co last year. My old mask was very expensive and these were a very good price. I bought the Watson. It is very comfortable to wear, easy to take on and off and slips in my handbag when not it use. I shall be wearing masks for the foreseeable future due to taking immunosuppressant medication so these are perfect! The only thing I will say is the ear loops were too long for me. You get a strap to add on to help with this but I put a couple of stitches on each one to make them smaller. All in all, very pleased.

Aug 24,2024These masks have meant that I can stay in a room with someone with too much perfume or cologne and usually avoid a full asthma attack. I love that they double as a protective mask for airborne germs. I always have at least one accessible with me. Work bag, school bag, purse, car, and anywhere I might need to have one if I forget to take one with me. These masks have literally been the difference between me being able to stay in a college class or leave due to someone having too much scented product because I couldn’t breathe. I’ve never had a problem with delivery or service.

I work in situations that involve a lot of close contact with both immunocompromised and infectious individuals as well as live in a city that has high amounts of air pollution. Thankfully, since wearing the pro masks, I haven't had a single bout of sickness yet and have been breathing easy during use. It both lasts in terms of all day comfort during work and commutes. I can't recommend these enough!
