Aug 09,2024First time I ordered the pro masks I paid full price and they have been great. This time I ordered them again in the same and they came with a sticker on the back which said they were made in Indonesia. No where on their website does it say they will be made in Indonesia. It says they are UK made components and are assembled in China. They don’t fit the same, they are not baggy in both sizes and the tightening elastic now pulls through both sides making it inadequate for sealing the mask leaving people at risk. After emailing the company I was told yes they do now use factories in Indonesia which means the production has changed! Also told I can’t get a refund for the masks as I have opened them even though I believe them to be faulty and the ones I haven’t opened I need to pay for postage myself to send them back! Dreadful company with horrendous customer service. Save yourself the money and DONT BUY THESE MASKS!
Buyer for small business
Aug 08,2024The 6 Masks that arrived will out of date before the guarantee period expires,some in just a few months. I contacted customer service but didn't receive a reply. Really disappointed. We have been using them for years for but they are far to expensive to only be usable on the few occasions between now and the expiry date, A partial refund would have resolved and I could have purchased again. Update Cambridge mask has now gotten back to me with a snipy reply telling me expiry dates aren't relevant to my location. If,like me you don't live outside the space time continuum,be aware that the current stock will be out of date early next year and that you will not get a positive response if you raise your concerns. The customer is wrong when you are Cambridge.

Jul 03,2024Considering the masks came from overseas, I received my order pretty quickly, in fact quicker than some U.S. companies I have ordered from! I used one of your masks that my daughter had purchased, and she said it’s definitely the best mask she has ever used. She knows what’s good, as she has pretty severe environmental and pollen allergies, so wears masks much of the time when outside.

Jun 04,2024Very fast delivery, good price and excellent product. The fit is the best I’ve had - generous size yet tight/flush to the skin. Some acquaintances on a CEV FB page were concerned about the lack of certification of the Cambridge masks and I would definitely prefer for the company to have this to a recognised international standard.

May 24,2024After communicating the occasional sizing problem (that I mentioned in an earlier review) through an email, I received a response that indicated that they are very interested in and appreciative of feedback. They sent me several complimentary replacement masks. We have found the masks to be well designed and helpful in protecting us from respiratory viruses.

May 11,2024When I needed to contact Cambridge Mask Co. they responded within 24 hours. The first masks I ordered were too large and I wanted to return the one I hadn't opened. I was advised to keep both masks and they would send me 2 more in a smaller size and I would only have to pay the postage. This was extremely generous. The new masks have now arrived and fit perfectly. Thank you so much for all your assistance!

May 08,2024Great customer service, but I really had to put a lot of effort into getting a refund going back and forth on email. Perhaps I could have called but there’s a time zone difference. The mask its self is disappointing quality and feel for $16. The filtration apparently is good but I just can’t breathe with it on. Also, I used it for emissions filtration when using gas machinery at work and I’m just not sure it really has a good seal on the face. (Not sure if that’s technically necessary since I’m breathing through the filter anyways but still) lastly, I bought an extra headband on accident because they don’t make it very obvious that the mask actually comes with one. So I spent more money than i should’ve. Also expensive shipping! $10 shipping for a fabric mask is crazy. I spent like $30 total and I honestly don’t see myself buying another product again. good customer service is the only thing that earns this company a second star.

May 03,2024The mask quality is amazing Ear loops too big, had to sew shorter The tightening strap pulled the apex of my ears down too much I couldn't smell the nail dust as wirh regular masks
