Oct 29,2015I ordered both tickets and wristbands for events my organization is hosting. The tickets turned out phenomenally. The wristbands, most of them turned out how they were supposed to, yet many of the logos were printed way off of the online shown placement sometimes even onto the white. I will order from them again, just with slightly higher reservations when it comes to the wristbands.

Oct 28,2015I enjoyed the ability to see what my tickets would look like before i ordered them. I also loved the design, extremely reasonable rate and option to overnight delivery these tickets. I will use this service again next year :-)

Oct 23,2015I really like the options and pricing that you have available. I have used Canada Ticket Printing a few times now, and am always happy with the results. A note for improvement - in the custom design option, it would be so much easier if one could enter multiple lines in one text box. I find that it's easier to create an entire image in a photo editing software and uploading rather than doing it line by line in your editor.

Oct 16,2015i have had nothing but trouble with a custom Order ID #9515744. Everything from initial design with going back and forth with proofs(often without changes being made or wrong changes) , invoicing has been wrong and shipping ( not shipped when promised). The online chat feature is good but slow , helped to sort quite a few issues. I also did 2 other orders same time frame. 1 order being a dyi custom coupon. I have recieved this order with no issues other than a small spelling mistake, although it was my fault, my design, wish it was caught though before proofs went to print. The other order was a simple raffle ticket using template, very easy to use. Have not recieved these yet but hope they are good. I can't say I would recommend any custom work to anyone, I found the whole process very trying.

Oct 16,2015I had to contact them a second time as they did not reply to my e-mail request within 24-48 hours. Besides that initial e-mail all inquires were replied to promptly. No issues with the shipping and the product looked as expected.

Customer service was friendly and professional, and the site was easy to navigate and understand. Thanks!
