Oct 08,2014Canada Ticket Printing is first on my list to get our job done. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend this company to everyone. Being in the Entertainment Industry (Soulconnection) for twenty plus years, and having gone through numerous printing companies and problems, we have finally found the right people to get the job done. They are committed to what they advertise; and that is Integrity. We had a concern with one of our orders, and we were immediately contacted and the concern addressed to more than our satisfaction. That proves they work for their customer which says it all. Hence this is our Printing Company period. So much so, that I am informing all my clients to allow me to print their event tickets.

Oct 08,2014When I began speaking with Canada Ticket Printing, everything was clearly explained. They also helped me to design what would be the best approach to use for printing a large number of tickets which could be used for both a concert and a raffle. The tickets were numbered, the quality was great, and the people I had them printed for were very impressed. They reflected our vision very well in every respect. On the day of the show, the tickets were easy to collect and they enhanced the audience's view of our concert because they looked so good. Thank you for great service and a great product!

Oct 08,2014Made everything easy for someone who has never had to order tickets for a set of events before (400+ attendees). Turn around was quick, and even when there was an issue with one of the sets of tickets we ordered it was dealt with quickly and painlessly. Of all of the myriad details that needed to be dealt with in organizing a national IT conference, having tickets produced for our social events was one of the easiest ones thanks to these folks.

Oct 08,2014I enjoyed using Canada Ticket printing services, it is very user friendly with wide variety of choices to choose from. Their prices are very reasonable and their delivery services are prompt. For these three reasons I can give them 4.5 rating. My only disappointment with their application is that once you're done editing with your ticket and put the order into shopping cart you can not make any changes to it. You simply lose it and have to start from scratch with every thing. This is quite frustrating and this happened to me recently when I removed the order from shopping cart to edit the quantity of tickets, I lost my sample ticket and had to start all over. This is a huge bug in this app. and for this reason I have to give 3 stars.

Oct 08,2014The tickets arrived quickly and are very high quality. They tear off easily along the perforation and are very professional. We opted to staple the booklets ourselves and our only difficulty is that the paper was so thick that we couldn't staple them in booklets of 12 tickets. So we ended up making booklets of 6 tickets. Which is working out fine. It just means a bit more overhead tracking booklets since we have twice as many booklets to keep track of.

Oct 08,2014Designing and ordering raffle tickets for our girls soccer team was a bit daunting as I had never done it before and didn't know where to start. A friend of mine told me about Canada Ticket Printing and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Navigating the website, designing and ordering the tickets was very user friendly. The prices are very fair and the delivery time was very quick. The finished product was quote impressive. We will certainly use them again for our next raffle order.

Oct 08,2014Last year one of our member suggested Canada Ticket Printing to print our tickets. We used them for our Diwali event ticket printing. Their website is so intuitive and easy to use that we made our tickets in feW minutes. Since then we have been using Their services for all our events. They have templates that we can use for any event. The printing time and delivery was exceptionally fast. The quality of the tickets is magnificent. Oct 08,2014I loved that it was so easy to customise my own tickets. Delivery was incredibly efficient and quick. The cost was very affordable. Overall a great experience. It's refreshing to have such great service. One thing I struggled with a little was as an events planner I wanted to have the my client review the tickets prior to my placing the order. The only way for them to see the ticket design was to either give them my username and password or take a snapshot of the screen. Not very convenient. Other than that everything else was great.

Oct 08,2014I have used the service several times. As I am not graphic artist, I have to let the graphic artist use my login to access the account and set it up. Having used 2 different graphic artists, all 3 of us do encounter learning curve trying to familiarize ourselves with the design my own feature. At pont of entry I am never confident that the perforation (tear line) or numbering will work consecutively and have to contact through live chat for reassurance. This indicates the design my own feature needs further improvements.

Oct 08,2014I only had one hiccup - and that was when I needed to use a credit card - my number would not process and it was an issue with the online service. I had to call in to get them to run my number manually - and this did get my anxiety up as you never know who could be taking your card info these days. My product did arrive quickly and in perfect condition! So I was very happy and will use this company again. I do wish they had PayPal!

Oct 08,2014We ordered 300 tickets for a Fundraising event that we were hosting. I found there to be a wide range of options available for ticket design and I found the website to be easy to navigate. I didn't have any problems creating our event ticket following the steps and the product that we received was excellent. I was very happy with the tickets we received and it helped us market our event in a professional manner. Highly recommended.

Oct 08,2014This company has awesome details in fine grapics to professionally promote your event. Also as an added bonus, for charity events they give you a 10% discount when you apply a special number thats given by registered charities. Great value for your materials for the event.
