May 22,2019I originally sent pictures of the damaged candy several in one pkg. broken inside unopened individual wrapping. I then had to supply number broken and a picture of the packaging the delivery was received in. I also voluntarily offered the names of friends present when the package was opened to verify my complaint. I finally was contacted and advised a refund would be credited back to my account

May 21,2019Unfortunately candy order was not shipped out on time. Ended up spending $200 for overnight shipping. And there was a lack of communication from Candy Warehouse. In my opinion it's best to speak with someone directly (via telephone) if there are order issues or questions.
