Jul 25,2024Even though we hit some snags with the local pickup vendor and I thought we would have to reschedule the pickup, everyone stepped up and communicated well and the vendor found someone who was able to get to my home within the original pickup time window in spite of issues arising with the first assigned driver. The driver who arrived was courteous and professional, had the correct funds in cash, and made the final removal of my car (with a lost key) easy. Bivian, my account manager, followed up several times to make sure everything worked out all right. All in all, though not perfect, I was treated well by all parties and this was a good transaction.

Jul 24,2024They did not communicate, which provide me lost of time and gas. They pick up 24 hrs late and did not pick up the title nor leave a check. I had to travel to drop off the title and pick up the check. Once I got there it took them 30 minutes to complete the transaction. Then I go to the bank they issue check from and the tell me I will habe pay 8.00 for cashing the check because I don't have an account there. Then the bank says the check has a hold on it.
