I was connected with "Heidi" an associate buyer with CarBrain and she was outstanding with instructions, information and details for this transaction that was flawless. "Heidi" was very accessible through Text, Email, and Phone for any questions and information needed. Once I finally decided to accept the quote price, I was connected with a scheduler to come get the vehicle. They was there the next morning. Had a very professional,polite, and courteous towing personal do a quick once over to make sure what was filled out on quote questionnaire matched what he was picking up and within minutes I gave him the title,I received the quote $money$ and just like that the vehicle was gone. I was honest in the assessment of the vehicle, and there was no explanation for the decrease. $208 was much closer to competing offers, so I guess they highball the estimate.
