Aug 21,2024At the beginning of my experience was good but when I had chosen my car , had a test drive paid the deposit and told them I was picking up my car on the Saturday as I live 30+miles away and work it would be the best day . So I was told too inform them on the day I was picking up my car so that they could send the money over to dealership and they were open 10-5 which was fine, but when I tried to ring them on the day the office was shut so the dealership tried to contact them in different ways still nothing . So personally I wouldn’t recommend at all as from ceo to staff very unprofessional.

Aug 17,2024The experience was really good and buying my new car was a smooth process. They were keen to show you cars, but I preferred to look for my own choice in my own time. It would be more transparent to tell you the APR in advance of the borrowing cost instead of finding out after the quote. Really can't complain though. Everything was arranged for me.
