Jul 10,2024I had to get a car last minute due to having our family car break down. My customer service representative was Helin and she was incredible. She got information on what I was looking for, although I didn't quite know just yet and she helped me figure this out. She sourced lots of cars for me to look and and was very communicative kind and understanding of my situation the whole way through. She did all of the communication with the car garage and managed to get it delivered out to me as I couldn't collect, she also stayed past her hours to help me secure a deal on a car. It really saved us from a tricky situation and Helin was fantastic. A true asset to CFRUS.
