Jun 20,2024Robert was absolutely brilliant couldn’t fault him. Communication was excellent. Call me on 11 am Tuesday morning. All financing place by 530. The same day would highly recommend using these guys professional only black-and-white no grey areas and asked for Robert as he was amazing!!!

Jun 17,2024I would have given NO STARS if I could. Disgrace of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Told me I was FULLY ACCEPTED for car finance, went to pick up my new car from dealers, got home with new car only to have several missed calls from CAR FINANCE R US telling me the dealer had called them to say something was wrong withthe car and I had to return to dealership immediately. I called the dealership who told me this was not true and that CAR FINANCE R US had called them in a panic as my car finance was in fact NOT APPROVED!!!! CAR FINANCE R US also asked the dealership to call me and LIE to get me back there which the dealership point blank refused to do. They said they have never had anything lime this happen in 30 years of trading and were disgusted with CAR FINANCE R US and would never deal with them in the future. I have emailed CAR FINANCE R US complaints department and have been fobbed off with apologies. They also are blaming the Lender and the dealership and not fully accepting the fault is solely their own. I am out of pocket £88 due to their incompetence, I had to tax the vehicle and change my insurance. They are refusing to compensate me. I will be taking this matter further. UPDATE......... I recieved an email yesterday 17/06/2024 advising they are going to reimburse me £88 and I will receive it into my bank in 5 working days. UPDATE.......... I received another email today from their complaints department 18/06/2024 advising that the 'management' decided I will not be reimbursed as I gave them a bad review on Trust Pilot and that my review was 'inappropriate', my review was an HONEST review of this company and they way they treated and have continued, to treat me, the fact that they have now withdrawn their 'good will gesture' due to my bad review shows you what a bunch of charlatans they really are. I will now be taking this matter to the financal ombudsman. SHAME ON YOU CAR FINANCE R US
