Jun 04,2024did right up a positive review about carloans 365 and the outstanding service received but that’s all changed!! 24 hours after getting the car it went in to limp mode!! injector has gone! not one sensor but three have also gone! autobarn car sales!!! AVOID!! manager is rude and disrespectful no help at all!! 5 times in the last two days i have tried to contact 365 24 minutes a time no answer. no helping to solve the problem!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF BOTH THESE COMPANYS!!

Jun 04,2024Process started OK but felt that car365 were pushy towards getting a car relating to the car as if they new it was in great condition and no issues, was led to a so call trusted dealer in which the car broke down 20min after collecting, dealer was very unprofessional telling me that the car was OK but obviously not, could not get anyone to talk to regarding the complaint from car365 so logged a complaint with an automated response 9 days later no one has got back to me but automated response says it can take up to 8 weeks to sort out complaint which is ludicrous, took out extra warranty with car 365 regarding the car and trying to get my money back and guess what the office for dealing with this won't pick up the phone absolutely a joke, only works well if you have zero issues but if you have been prepared to chase and wait for a resolution, in a nutshell this is a very poorly customer service run operation, your own risk.

Jun 03,2024I have just bought a car through Carloans365. They were fabulous. Brandon my account manager looked after me and put me at my ease. I think he had gathered that I was somewhat stressed. He would say take your time and there is no pressure here. I also spoke to Haydn in Brandon's absence, another friendly but professional member of staff. He was lovely too. Last but not least was Jade. She took me through the finance part. All in all 3 wonderful young people whose employer should be very proud of. I would recommend that you try them out, next time you are looking for a car.
