Jul 17,2024POOR SERVICE Absolutely disgraceful service provided by this car finance broker my vehicle broke down over 2 weeks they have been no help at all. Always say the same thing when I call them no care or remorse or offer of a goodwill gesture such as a courtesy car for the inconvenience the dealer and they have done to my life I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle from this company at all only help you when you buy a vehicle but once you get a issue they don’t bother or care about you at all POOR SERVICE THROUGHOUT MY COMPLAINT

I was having a nightmare with my car finance provider and they were taking an age to sort my paperwork out so I spoke to this company around 1pm and by 6pm my finance was agreed and I’ve arranged to collect my new car. No hassle, no problems and very informative. Really happy and so grateful to Robel, Lauren & Jade. Absolute credit to the company
