Aug 21,2024Avoid at all costs! I applied for a car and the one I wanted that they had advertised wasn't available. They advised that there was another with one of their approved dealerships (happy motors blackburn) I got the finance in place and contacted the dealership to view. The dealership spoke little English and refused me to view until they had the money. I called car credit 365 back to cancel as I wasn't happy and they said they will cancel. A week later still not cancelled because apparently the dealership has the funds. They are telling me to wait another week (all whilst this is sat on my credit file) seems their approved dealership is a thief and no one wants to help me! They've send money for a car I've never even seen or had and expect me to wait whilst they try to sort. Please please please avoid this company! I went to concept cars and they've been great! Carloan365 did nit pre advise that the funds would be transferred to the dealer before I even viewed the vehicle. They advised the dealer Happy Motors Blackburn was one of their reputable dealers..check out the reviews for the dealer hardly reputable! Most days I contact carloans 365 they did NOT respond. Whilst all this was ongoing their sales team was trying to call me to purchase a vehicle through them. The response they have provided is absolute rubbish. It took over 2 weeks to be resolved, I was never advised of any such time frame. Carloans365 have provided a bog standard response that does not reflect on my dealings with them whatsoever

Aug 15,2024This company have been exceptional from the beginning, I had one small issue which wasn't carloans 365's fault, on arrival to collect my new car I was told I had to pay a fee of £280 which I did, I contacted Pedro at carloans 365 to discuss this with him as I didn't think I had to pay anything as the whole amount was financed, Pedro had this sorted out within two days and the money was back in my bank account, couldn't ask for a more helpful person than Pedro. Thank you once again everyone at carloans 365

Aug 14,2024I’ll be honest at first I was a bit sketchy to begin with, but Carloans 365 have been amazing from start to finish. I was fortunate enough to have Joel looking after me. We built a good understanding of what type of car I wanted and work with my monthly budget. Honestly I am happy the way they treated. I read some of their reviews with other clients who given 1 star, but they’re probably asking for low rates and trying to get high top end spec cars and don’t have the founds to pay back the loan. Because they don’t have a stable income. Carloans won’t give you a loan if you don’t have money to pay them back. Thank you to all the staff who helped me through getting my new car.

Aug 01,2024they didn't want to sell me a cheaper car claiming that I wouldn't get a loan for it because it's a distrustful dealer and they tricked me into a car worth about 6 thousand pounds for which I have to pay double the amount because my credit history isn't very good, claiming that it's a trusted dealer. It turned out that the car had been painted and stood unused for a long time, which they didn't mention in the advert and now they claim that I have to get a report from a mechanic because otherwise I can't return the car without a reason. They claim that the 2 week guarantee for returning the car is based on signing the loan agreement, not on collecting the car which I saw only after 2 weeks because it was 140 miles from me. I don't recommend any matters related to them. Now I stay with broken car and , big credit and I don't now what I can do
