Aug 31,2020we rented this house for our summer vacations, we had several problems, and it was a terrible service, they didn't send us anyone to fix it, and they said it was fine for them, we have a photo of everything .. very bad service I don't recommend this house at all

Aug 31,2020WORST RENTAL EVER IN MY LIFE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. FOR THEM AN AC THAT COOL AT 80F IS WORKING WELL IF OUTSIDE IS 90F. AND THEY ONLY MAKE EXCUSE WHEN YOU CALL FOR HELP. Alex B.

Aug 29,2020We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Banner Elk. A big part of the reason for that was how easily we were able to make our reservations. While we were there we had a couple questions about our cabin and the staff at Carolina Cabin Rentals always answered the phone. Very polite and helpful. Our family definitely recommends Carolina Cabin Rentals.

Aug 28,2020Wow! What a perfect place to celebrate our 20th Anniversary! We were literally on top of the world in this beautiful cabin. The views were amazing, even during a thunderstorm! You could easily view the sunrise and the sunset from this home. The long range views were gorgeous. The cabin itself was so cozy and well equipped. All of the rooms have been updated and it was a great space. We hardly felt like leaving the cabin to go explore the outdoors and hike. It's in a great location convenient to lots of fun areas to explore. The owners have obviously anticipated everything that you might need to make one feel at home. We shared tons of photos via social media and have encouraged others to come stay here...we plan to return! Much thanks to the owners for sharing their special spot with us for our 20th anniversary! Aug 28,2020The cabin we stayed in was absolutely perfect for our family!! We loved the amenities, the view...everything was perfect. We loved visiting the area but even when the weather was inclement (hurricane) we loved just staying in the cabin above the clouds watching the spectacular light show through the floor to ceiling windows. We had an amazing week together in this beautiful place. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. God bless!

Aug 28,2020My family enjoyed the cabin many rooms and location, we wasn't aware that there was no air conditioner but the fans worked well and at night it got very cool...we ran across a few spider webs and small insects the first night but after we got rid of those the rest of the stay was fine...We enjoyed everything from inside and out..i would stay again the view was amazing!

Aug 27,2020Very friendly staff and smooth process. My only advise would be to pay for the insurance instead of paying the deposit. You end up paying a fee if you pay the deposit.
