Nov 20,2020I love the ability to "see the carpet in my room". Unfortunately, the colors are very different from what is shown on line and I will need to return the rug. The rug is well made and pretty, but looks terrible with the wall colors.

Nov 14,2020I order the Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines Lotus Rug 5' x7' 10/19/20 and it was delivered as promised. No problems with order or deliver. It was my first time ordering a rug on line but to my surprise I had a great experience. Thank you Carpet Mart. I will be ordering another size to finish the look in my family room. I highly recommend it! Free shipping was a plus as well

Carpet Mart did not know but the representative said he would call me back with the info and he promptly did. They told me it would be a few weeks but then the next day I was notified that it was shipped. Great experience with Carpet Mart on line ordering.

Nov 09,2020The store Manager, Jack at the Montgomeryville, PA location has been in contact with me regarding the timeline of the cutting & binding for rugs ordered. This is much appreciated and eased the frustration tremendously as the issues are being resolved! Thank you Jack! Ordered rugs to be cut, padded and bound for 3 sizes on Sept. 20th at the Montgomery Ville, PA location. Was told 3-31/2 weeks due to covid and lack of binders. No Problem but we are still waiting for the binding of the rug and pad to be completed. Was told main store/factory has to bind the rugs & the rug was sent there. The binding was done on the entire carpet not the 3 dimensions it has on the invoice. Beyond frustrating. Now told another week as the rug has to be shipped back to main location again. We will see if it is done by Nov. 15th. DM

Oct 30,2020Just had our carpet install completed through the Reading,PA store. What a refreshing experience on all levels. Lynn was our sales person and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and installation. Due to the Covid-19 issue, we ran into some delays on our end and had to postpone our install several times. This was NEVER an issue with Carpet Mart. When it came time to do the install, we received a phone call with arrival time for the installers. Alex and Z were great to work with, as they were professional and worked very efficiently. Carpet looks terrific and can't find ANY issues with the installation. This was a wonderful and easy process for us. Will recommend Carpet Mart to anyone looking for carpet!! Thank You!

Oct 28,2020I started shopping, in person, at Airbase Carpet Mart nearly 50 years ago. I remember checking out the carpeting (those were the days of wall-to-wall carpet) and especially hours of browsing the wallpaper books! I can't begin to remember all the purchases I've made there over the years. Now that the coronavirus keeps us at home, we're doing more projects to spiff up the house, including new furniture and a rug for the family room. But it's tough to choose new furnishings when you're not leaving the house except for groceries. Airbase to the rescue! I found they have hundreds of rugs to choose from online, and you can order nearly any size, including 18" x 18" samples. Our order arrived very quickly and THAT has helped us come to a decision on our redecorating project. Now that I know how easy it is to browse and choose online, I'm sure I'll be visiting Airbase Carpet Mart's website a lot more often!

Nov 20,2020I’m doing a home renovation doing Covid and I went to carpet Mart to get an estimate not only were they affordable and they had a great product. When my installer came his name was hash he was super professional and knowledgeable and I am so grateful to that! Thank you Carpet mart for giving me everything I wanted my expectations have been meet !!!!!
