Not the company's fault at all, it just wasn't right for us so we returned it for credit. It was a very large and expensive rug so we were a bit concerned but the whole process was very simple and straightforward and today I received an email confirming that the credit has been made. I was impressed with Carpet Vista before, I am now VERY impressed with them. What a great company they are to deal with.
