Aug 03,2023the rug is a nice quality (wool) and i am happy with the colour since i could not find a multi coloured one. i got the 100cm diameter round rug which looks good but is just a little smaller than i would ideally like but the next size up 150cm is too big! 110 probably perfect.

Others, that the colour did not match decor - no quibble refund received. Also, UPS delivered when stated and collected within 10 mins of my phone call - stunning. This is my go-to company for rugs now. I wish all companies operated as efficiently as Carpet/RugVista. Thank you.

Jul 12,2023The carpet is beautiful, but quality a bit underwhelming cinsidering the price. For a 1k eur carpet, it sheds too much, even after half a year, the fiber is shedding intensely.

Jul 12,2023Carpet as announced. Delivered on time. Process without any problems. The systems of the transport company are however impossible to deal with to change delivery address. Transport company also did not deliver on the day they initially indicated and without prior indication of change of date.

Jun 23,2023The carpet is great. Just as I expected. Top quality. I cannot give a top rating, however, because of the delivery by UPS. The parcel did not arrive at the scheduled time, so I was out. No SMS was sent, no phone call. The driver just dumped the parcel in front of my door, in full view of a busy street. It is a miracle that the rug was not stolen. I would like to buy another rug from CarpetVista, but I will not do so if the delivery is by UPS.

Jun 20,2023Although the problem I encountered was caused by UPS, I was disappointed that CarpetVista customer services just wouldn’t engage in any way. They advised to use the tracker (which I had already told them wasn’t working) and then failed to answer any of my subsequent emails (4 of them). In short they offered no support whatsoever and left me to it with a company they choose to use.

Aug 04,2023I have bought 4 carpets over a 11 year period. The products are excellent, cost effective and importantly trust worthy. Typically the products are pretty much a replica of the online photos. So it's a case of what you see is what you get. Am not sure if I need to buy more carpets...but if I do, I know where to go to.
