Jun 23,2021Delighted with the rug, the colours are perfect for my room. The wool looks of good quality, with a thick pile and vibrant colours as shown in the picture on the website. Excellent value for the price. The ordering process was very quick and easy and as I was going to be away during the delivery window I telephoned customer services in Malmo and spoke with a very helpful agent and agreed a different dispatch date. On my return I received an e-mail on the agreed date and 4 days later the rug was delivered by Fed Ex. Altogether the easiest of processes considering it was coming from Sweden. I'm looking to see whether I need another rug!!
