I made a mistake with measurements with a recent rug order and the return process was seamless, easy and at no cost to me as the customer. Thank you CarpetVista! I have re-ordered a Hamadan Rug and I am delighted with it. I love it's texture and the colours are perfect in its setting.

May 20,2021Very easy to navigate the homepage, and the picture gallery is so elaborate that a need for a physical store is practically redundant. Unfortunately when receiving the carpet, it was folded and not rolled and has left some unfortunate and permanent folds/edges in the middle og the carpet, where it had been folded. I would very much recommend to rull carpets of this quality and price. Or at least make the customers aware of the risk of damgages, when transported in this way. Especially if there is no alternative.
