Mar 04,2025Was worrying about finance as I am disabled heena@carplus was more than helpful she was welcoming and made me feel a ease with the whole process she found a car I like and made all the phone calls needed I felt like the whole process was easy and very relaxed heena explained everything perfectly and I now have a new car waiting to pick cannot thank her enough for her help and making the whole process easy and enjoyable

Feb 26,2025Absolutely brilliant. Monwar helped me get a finance deal on a car. Most companies I'd tried before were so annoying with so many phone calls and pressure that it made me put off finding a car but not with carplus. It was so easy to sort out, he did everything for me, called the dealer and the car is being delivered within a week of me originally asking for help with the finance. Top notch. Monwar was easy going and kept me up to date with every step. It was the first time I'd done anything like this so was a little daunted but the whole process was made easy. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

He made the whole experience worth it as he made sure we were happy throughout. Oscar Markovic didnt make us feel pressured into buying any car or finance but showed us the best! Would definitely recommend.

Feb 22,2025The service from Carplus was absolutely brilliant. Danny is the one who looked after me. Many many thanks buddy. The process was painless. In over a week or so I met the dealer and picked the car up. However, driving from Gatwick Airport yesterday I got an engine service warning light. The car felt a bit weird and I had to slow down a little bit. Drove on for a while and on 2 occasions I felt some kind of a jerk. I'm gonna be having a word with the dealer and I hope it's not gonna turn out to be a nightmare.
