When I had to call him I apologise for bothering him and was told nothing was too much and to bother him as much as I needed. You are a true gentleman and an asset to car plus. Thank you so much

Jun 28,2024Word not enough to thank Ibrahim. He has been patient all through. I was very picky regarding picking up a vehicle and was worried as this is my first suv. I took time to pick one and he was very fast to deal the deal. But had issues regarding the finance company asking for documents over documents and I had to provide way too many needed but it was made easy by Ibrahim as he dealt with them and solved it efficiently. I will recommend him any day for his patience and humbleness. He deserves a raise 😬

Jun 23,2024I cannot praise this company enough! From start to very finish I was listened to advised and kept up to date every step of my car journey. I dealt with Steven Burns who is a credit to the company. He was very professional, respectful, understanding and not pushy. He gave me the confidence I needed to talk to dealers when necessary and supported my decisions. He went above and beyond to find my dream car and supported me to the very end until I said “yes to the car!” Thank you!!

I've got used to expecting pressure marketing following online enquiries so was very pleasantly surprised to find that Haydn was personable, professional and willing and able to help and advise through a very quick and efficient process. He found me 4 EV options, explained the process, and within 48 hours I picked up my new car from one of their vetted, reputable dealers. Good company, with Haydn a great ambassador and a welcome reminder that great customer service is alive and works. Thank you.

Jun 20,2024Excellent experience with CarPlus. Luke helped me find the perfect family car. He was so patient with me even though I’m such a fuss pot. Didn’t pressure me into anything and gave me tips on to do my own search while he used his expertise to find me the perfect car. Luke worked so well in sorting me out with the dealership and made sure everything was in order for me collecting the car. I was able to sit back while Luke done all the hard work and I couldn’t be more thankful as I always find getting a new car quite stressful. Communication was excellent and I could not be happier with the experience at all. Thanks CarPlus and Luke :)

Jun 14,2024I applied for car finance through carplus. I had never heard of them prior to this, but was contacted by email and text messages within minutes of applying. Paul Luckiewicz was assigned as my account manager, and what a gentleman he is. Paul worked with me from start to finished, answering all my questions and acting on my behalf with the car dealership. Carplus has my highest recommendation.

Jun 13,2024I had Luke Rand as my account manager and was extremely helpful from start to finish. I thought I knew where I was going to purchase my car luke offered his advice and said from previous experience to avoid it. When I went there he was spot on. The dealer had hidden fees, manager had a ego problem trying to push me to put down a holding fee when i said I was going elsewhere to get a comparison. I then went to a place luke recommended and the dealer was genuine. Luke was then very efficient in securing the finance agreement for me to purchase my car. Like was very professional and very easy to communicate with even adding humour to conversation avoiding awkward silences on the phone whilst waiting for confirmations to go through. Would recommend
