Aug 01,2024Heena was amazing!! I was stressing about selling my car and discovered the concept of negative equity and how some finance companies can help. My advisor was Heena, and she was exceptional. She was very upfront and straight to the point, yet friendly. We even shared a few laughs, making it feel like we had known each other for years. She was also quick with the process. I made the application on Sunday, got approved, and received my new car the following Wednesday. It could have been sooner, but Heena ensured the dealer conducted an MoT on my new car. I even got a great price for my part exchange! Thanks so much! The only issue was that the dealer didn't provide good pictures of the car I picked, so when I arrived, I found dents and scratches. However, this was not Heena's fault.

They made sure the car i was buying was reliable abd even added a one year warranty at no extra cost. They spoke to me on tge day i collected the car and made me feel reassured. The monthly payments are reasonable and I'm happy with my new car.
