Patient, polite and maintained constant communication. I didn't feel like just another sale or number. I felt like a person. Something many businesses have lost. Definitely would recommend their service.

Aug 12,2024Thank you to the lovely gent Mahad, who helped us to such a speedy and smooth application from start to the collection date. We was determined in getting the xc40, Monday we started the application and all was completed by the end of the day, car was ready for collection on Friday! Cant recommend this company more 10/10.

Aug 10,2024So, with bad credit and CCJ’s I really thought sourcing a finance package to purchase a car would be a hard task! How wrong could I be, Altin, my Account Manager was fantastic, we had numerous conversations and it really felt that he took my concerns etc on board. What happened is, I applied for a loan, and Saturday, and then I was collecting my new to me VW Golf 4 days later, on the Wednesday! Altin made the journey, quick, easy and smooth! 5 years in finance sales is a long time, however, I would have no hesitation in using CarPlus again, with Altin hopefully still being there!

I had a decision within 45 minute and the gentleman that dealt with my application was thorough and professional at all times. I applied on Saturday, test drove the car I wanted on Sunday and picked it up on Monday. 10 out of 10 for Said who helped with my application.

Aug 06,2024First contact was very fast, Steven had all the information I needed to apply for my new car. I can say I was very impressed with the speed from applying to actually getting the car, 1 day for all the checks and picked the car up the same day. Steven was very polite and very good at sorting out each step of the buying process, from contacting the garage to making sure the car was right for me before sending the money over and completing the final steps. I would recommend this company absolutely amazing customer service at all levels. The call backs are brilliant. Thank you Steven it was a pleasure speaking to you and all the help you gave me.

She really made sure that I had all the information I needed and really helped me to find the perfect car! I honestly cannot thank her enough. Amazing! Would 100% recommend
