I had a poor experience with a car that i purchased from a dealership and Giacomo took on my account and made sure I had the most stress free experience possible to return the car and purchase a new one and has given me some great advice also! Thank you so much! I would recommend your services to anyone.

Nov 30,2023Buying a second hand car on finance can sometimes be a little tricky the choice can be mind blowing. once I’d completed the online quotation request Emile rang me immediately, we discussed in depth the model of vehicle I was looking for and the kind of budget I had available. Emile then looked online and helped me find a suitable car that was not only perfect in every way but also on budget. Emile liaised with both the trader and the finance company and the finance was arranged same day, I collected the car next day The easiest car finance I have ever applied for. I am very grateful for their help. Emile is a very friendly helpful guy he went well above and beyond of what you would expect a broker to do. Keep up the good work Emile ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nov 26,2023I am always dubious of sales support professionals as I always feel pushed, harassed and under pressure to buy. Carplus absolutely proved otherwise. I was supported, I felt connected and informed every step of the way; from expressing interest to securing finance to landing my dream van. In particular, I can not fault the wonderful and engaging communication I received from Emile Hadian. I felt super supported throughout the whole process which took around 5 days. Jan 03,2024I must have made an enquiry last year, but for the last 6-7 months I receive constant texts from them about car finance eligibility. To stop these texts, you have to type a 9 digit code to a random number (not the one that contacted you). 4 times I have done this and asked to be removed, each time you get no confirmation that you have been removed/opted out, and then a week later you get another text from them. In the world of annoying spam companies, this one is right up there. They have now been reported to the ICO and a formal complaint raised. EDIT 10/01/24 - they haven't even responded directly to this. Instead sent a generated response from Trustpilot asking for more details (name/phone number) etc otherwise my review might be taken down. Avoid like the plague.
