Feb 24,2024Had a look at this as was fed up with criteria of other loan company (approved dealer, under 8yrs old, under 80,000) or higher interest rate. Applied and had a phone call almost immediately from a lovely guy called Emile who got it all sorted super quickly and now have my new car. Thank you. Hoping to reduce the finance after a year of payments as interest a bit high, but Emile says that should be achievable. Emile was also very upfront when I asked him what his commission was and it was actually very reasonable. Have put 4 stars purely because it's been a week!

Feb 23,2024My car failed it's MOT on Wednesday, so I called and spoke to Zubair, who I had made contact with last year and he remembered me. What a great guy and fantastic service from him and his team not only did he find me finance but he actually found the exact replacement car that fulfilled all my wish list, low and behold I'll be driving it tomorrow Saturday. All done in three days thanks to a great service by wonderful people at Carplus

Feb 17,2024What can I say.... great customer service from the beginning from Shamir. No hard sells at all and catered to my individual requirements all the way through which was fantastic. Communication was fantastic and due to work commitments its wasn't all through calls but text aswell. Kept me up to date throughout and answered my questions timely. Thanks to Shamir who also stayed behind on his shift looking at suitable cars..... outstanding support and would definitely use again!

And at no point left me out the loop of what was need and going on with the lender . I Was struggling to find right lender but got one . And now I pick up my new car on Friday and with my daughter and new grandson living 200 miles away I now have away of getting to see them when I want thanks to car plus and Emile . They are so cordial and so friendly, if in the world there would be more people like this in sales department, I believe we would live better and longer with no stress. He sent me the link to have a look at it, and rang the dealership to make sure it was still available. It was still available so he sent me the agreement straight away. By the end of the day, the car was mine. Thank you Emile and Car Plus, what a superb service.
