Mar 07,2024From sending of my application to getting a car was so quick and easy and that was down to mahad asir, I sent the application on Sunday afternoon and I drove my car away the next Monday afternoon. If I had any issues mahad was quick to respond and got it all done within 24hours, brilliant service. Thanks mahad asir. I absolutely love my new car.

Mar 03,2024I would recommend Carplus and give them 5 star. Find a car on finance not easy, you have many promises when you start but in the end nothing goes well. The Carplus team is professional and dedicated to fulfill into the promises they do. They helped me car finance and advised me for genuine car dealers. The finance application was so easy that everything was done online, and I didn't have hard credit searches, but before coming to Carplus dealers no only done hard searches but refused my application without any reason This impact shows on my credit report 100 points down. At car plus, I got my finance in lower rate, and the payment came the same day into the dealers account. They are so helpful and cooperative I say thank you, Zubair Ahmed, who looked after me and assisted me from beginning to end. I definitely recommend Carplus for car finance.

Even when i kept changing my mind on between an RS 3 and Golf R she was patient with me and stayed very professional with me. Dealership also had really good things to say about her. Would really recommend her to all friends and family and if applying for finance definitely use Heena from Carplus!!

Mar 11,2024This company Carplus is not great! I have been treated unfairly by them when my car engine timing chain failed and the dealer became unreachable, they offer to help and then didn't when they realised the cost was high to fix it. My car was under warranty and I have had no help from this huge company, just an extremely unhelpful attitude to me as a customer. I have been left high and dry. Think carefully before you buy a car though them. This company doesn't really look after their customers. I mean they must be insured against this kind of thing and the cost to them must be tiny. But for me it has really impacted my life.
