He kept me informed and provided me with regular updates.He explained everything clearly and was always happy to go over things if needed. He made me feel relaxed and confident when buying my car and for the first time ever buying a car was a pleasure and not stressful! Thank you Mahad! I really appreciate all your hard work.

Aug 25,2024Carplus managed to get me finance and a vehicle within 24 hours of my application. Heena made EVERYTHING easy for me. When we initially spoke, I was in absolute tears as the car I purchased less than 6 months before had broken down after spending literally thousands on it since I bought it. Heena reassured me that they would do everything possible to get me into a vehicle that was totally reliable. I put my trust in Carplus, and it worked. I managed to get a 2020 plate vehicle from a main dealer. I am totally happy with their services, and the way my situation was dealt with extremely professionally and with speed. I could not be happier than I am right now! A massive thank you to Heena for all her hard work!

I was able to collect my new car the next day (thats because it was more convenient to me) otherwise it would be same day. Thank you so much Said for all your help.
