May 29,2024Casino extreme is by far the worse customer experience I have ever dealt with. They give me bonus money. I play them boom I hit the amount needed for them to withdraw my winnings from my balance. So I go from $90to $48 ok no problem. Now it’s real money I hit the mark for that promotion. Well 2 spins later I hit a major jackpot. $1423.00. Awesome. I play on that for 3 days. I asked how I can withdrawal they responded once my account is verified. Today I get a email my account is verified. Good to go. I go to withdraw $1300. INSTANTLY get 2 emails saying nope you played a progressive game there for winnings are voided. Boom took all the money. I email 5-6 times. All they do is copy and past a part of the terms and conditions novel they have over and over. Well don’t allow us to play a game we aren’t “supposed” to. Like some of you games that say this game is not prohibited to play. Absolute B.S!! Play Chumba casino!! Never again!!

May 27,2024I just want to respond and thank them for t that answer. It's sad that it took all this work to get a simple answer. The answer is wrong, (never went below $1) but at least you tried. Casino extreme has a decent selection of games, and payout within 15 minutes (which is great!) If it weren't for their poor customer support, this would be my go to casino. Just today I had an interaction with them that should have been a simple answer and done. BUT it took 5 emails and an hour of my time, to finally get told to "try live chat"! It was a VERY simple question too. All I asked was; "where can I find the playthrough amount on my bonus since the cashier says it's zero, and you're telling me it's more?" I even sent a screenshot shot showing that the cashier said zero. The very first email sent back to me told me that i can find the playthrough amount in the CASHIER (yes the very same cashier thar I just sent them a screenshot of that said zero) it took 4 more emails and two more screenshots to finally get a semi-rude response, that answered my question with "try live chat" smh 🤣

Of course the wins and bonuses were coming around often enough to keep you playing for a while. This went on for months. I actually tried losing so I could get done with my coupon and try my own money for the first time but I just kept winning of course so it took time to lose it all. Once I made my first deposit I’d have to say it was the quickest loss of funds I’ve ever had at any of the dozens of casino’s I’ve played at. What a disappointment that was. I thought I finally found a casino that was fun and fair. Going forward I will not be playing with my own funds here again that’s for sure.

May 15,2024So, I played through the playthrough required amount to redeem of the free spins and then they took forever verifying my account all for no good because then they are saying i violated the terms and services agreement and my winnings are void because I played a restricted game. The platform clearly has a bug because any other day it will not let you play restricted games. This is what I said to them and they still refuse to fix it. I did not violate the terms and services agreement, they clearly have a bug in their website. " So I made a withdrawal request and now it says in my history "restricted games played, winnings void". What is that about? If a game is restricted then why did your platform let me play it in the first place? I met the playthrough required amount, my withdraw is valid. This is cutthroat stuff on your guyses end like seriously.

May 31,2024They pay like they say, hands down--no disputing. However, if you want big money withdrawals, avoid using bonus codes because the max cashouts are low (10x deposit amount, 20x deposit amount etc). Just play straight money so there is no dispute from either party.
