I honestly am fully skeptical about the reviews even I've lost so much. I fully believe it's 80% or higher to the house and maybe 15 or 20% chances to player. I don't believe they actually pay anyone out because I have never actually seen it myself.

Aug 23,2023Ok I didn't use any coupons or codes I actually deposited $25 and seriously won $5,608 like a once in a lifetime type thing with my luck. I went to cash out and the website said my remaining playthrough bonus was $55.61 m. So when reached that no problem I went to cash out immediately only to find out when I did try cashing that out ALL of that money had vanished instantly except the $25 I put in originally. I played a little more thinking the system just needed to catch up and got to $106 and still have nothing but problems trying to cash out and my balance is at zero yet again. Thats twice now. I emailed customer service which sucked because they keep ignoring me when I've made sure to keep annoying them by emailing over and over again and the live chat kicked me off the chat after telling me I used some coupon which isn't true because everytime I tried to use any coupon it kept telling me coupon code invalid. Now I can't even login to my account at all, it keeps saying user restricted?! Listen, I don't play casino games hardly ever as I don't have much time for any luxury anymore and definitely not gambling being a single mother of 3 working 2 jobs but I did find the time to play something and played through this casino and actually won only to lose at the end twice then be restricted?
