Apr 09,2024This casino is a pure ripoff. I participated in the bonus of 501% + 125 free spins. I deposited $100 and received bonus funds of about $710. The wagering requirement was $8,500. Insane wager, but whatever. I played on the slots for nearly two hours and after meeting the wagering requirement, i ended up with about $832. Not bad, right? I request to withdraw, and it stated to notify support. They proceed to tell me that I cannot withdraw bonus funds. After going back & forth, it was explained to me that when you are given bonus funds, that it’s basically considered a “loan.” Meaning that it is SEPARATE from the wagering requirement. You have to pay that back to them. So, you have to play whatever the bonus fund was, PLUS meet wagering requirements before being able to withdraw. In my case, my bonus funds were $710. Therefore, the withdrawable amount was $109. I basically won $9!!!! What type of mess is that?? What is the point of wagering requirements if you’re going to make players also wager their bonus funds after meeting the wager requirement? It was the most ridiculous thing i ever heard. So, I proceed to continue playing since I had an additional $710 to wager, and how convenient that I lost every single dollar. Didn’t win a single game. I am very annoyed because they reel you in with this insane bonus then snatch it right from under you. When I was under the wagering requirement & their “loan,” I won up to $2500. As soon as I met the requirement, I couldn’t win a single game. Those rules are just ridiculous & predatory. 0/10 recommend. Edit Response: Of course yall have rules & regulations for bonuses. ALL online casinos do. The point I’m trying to make is that those rules are unfair and are in place in favor of the casino and not the players. I don’t care what the excuse is, that is an unfair regulation that is put in place for a reason, and it is to ensure that you all are getting your money back. It’s not a coincidence that it’s easy to win $2500 when you’re under wagering requirements & bonus funds, but as soon as you meet the wager requirement, people are likely to still come out on top. That’s not good enough for yall. So, yall put in place a secondhand wager requirement so players can keep playing, LOSE, and the only people who win is the casino. That is not a coincidence that is very intentional. My statement stands. Those bonuses are predatory and unfair. Wager requirements aren’t an issue, but making players wager TWICE is. Then to be so audacious of allowing players to go through the withdrawal process, notify support like we’re children, then deny it? Just add the bonus funds “loan” to the wager requirements. Stop micromanaging fair wins. “Subsequently, you chose to continue playing and lost the entirety of your balance.” WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?? I can’t withdraw it!! Stop acting oblivious to the predatory bonus gimmick. Save it. I said what I said.

Mar 30,2024Worse experience I’ve had from all online casinos. Even worse than the fake ones. Live chat is a bot that will say the same thing over and over and restart from beginning for no reason. Ability to reach support members takes forever. They lie about a bunch of things also. They do not follow what they say will happen even though we have email proof of everything and slowly starts cooperating afterwards. Scammed me twice saying I didn’t reach the minimum payment first off, they didn’t let me know we can’t send it for free so I just copied the amount I needed to buy and sent it as is and then the second time I copied and sent it and they said it wasn’t enough even thought I had to cover the sending fee myself. Worse website I’ve ever experience. Other sites compensate you for sending it and paying the fee while this one tried to scam you for while you pay the fee
