In the last 24 hours, while gambling on their site using a "no deposit bonus" of $100, I successfully won over $6000. It was the biggest amount of money I've ever won in any casino, especially with the attached gigantic $2000 wagering requirement the $100 bonus had attached to it. Everyone who moderately gambles has most likely used a similar bonus or similar promotion with an attached wagering requirement at a casino. Definitely one of the biggest anxiety creators at a casino, in my opinion. Took me a few hours and a lot of high rolling, but then a few minutes after I had fully both won the $6000+ and successfully wagered the $2000 amount, I suddenly was left with only $50 in my casino account. In fact, in my transaction history, it says that it was withdrawn. Withdrawn? By who you ask? By the casino of course! If you have read just a few of the other negative reviews here by others, very clearly I was not alone in being taken advantage of. The entity known as Casino Extreme has a very real agenda, don’t get it twisted. Many, many people like myself have been scammed severely. Of course I contacted their customer support. I was told a whole bunch of nonsense which essentially was them repeatedly justifying and vindicating their thievery of my winnings. And it only gets worse. According to their institution as a whole, courtesy of continued usage of very confusing and roundabout language, they informed me that, apparently on second thought, No, I do not get to keep that $50. Seriously. I am not joking. In the last message they wrote me, they straight up told me I had to wager it again. The amount of money they left me with was not enough to withdraw. I asked since I won so very much if they could use an extra small amount of that massive $6000 I won to help appease their repeated very apparent and utter greed. Yeah right. Final statements from these classic ‘con-stars’ were that there is/was absolutely nothing I could do from them taking my money. I have not decided at this time if I'm going to give up completely or proceed to take this to anyone and everyone who has had the great misfortune of experiencing this disaster. If I prevent even just a few honest souls from failing into the trap I did, I would be thrilled. I just want to inform the public of the massive raging elephant in the room known as casino extreme. When I came back this evening all the money that I had won was just gone nobody had access to my phone to spin it away. I contacted support they said there was nothing they could do because I was playing on a bonus and that I needed a screenshot of the money I had won. If I knew I needed a screenshot for ANYTHING I would have gladly taken one. Being just a stupid consumer apparently ,I didn't take one so now I'm just out that bonus money. Well then they send me an email saying I needed to play the rest of my bonus that my max cashout was to high. So I go into the game and proceeded to play out the 2 remaining dollars to get my game down to 50 max cashout .wasn't until then I realized they have already loaded my deposit with bonus and that I was playing my deposit money and cashout was still there so I go and ask why can't my cashout be made? They said I violated there rules and took all of my bonus out and kept my deposit of 20$ .I tried to cash that out and it said the minimum cashout is 50$ folks please do not believe these reviews these people are a scam.
