Great customer service. After a terrible experience with another company I contacted Sam at Cater Connect and he was more than helpful, when there was a mishap with delivery, he got it sorted and my new oven was delivered next day
Poor customer service. Calls were never answered. Initial emails were unanswered. The only time I got a response was when I asked if this whole establishment was a scam as the customer service felt like a scam. Only then did I get a reply. And despite being promised they would update me as to when they got the item from the manufacturer, this didnt happen. So I requested a refund, which to their credit was promptly issued.
I had to chase down my order for about a month and more, which was suppose to be next working week order but it did not happened. After few failed attempts to talk to customer service, one day they picked up my phone and he told me order has not been dispatched yet (even though 21 days has been gone since they took my money). Then after another week I rang them AGAIN. The gentleman told me it will with me within days and atlast after five days it arrived!!!
Our product was delivered fine but when we tried to use it, the centre mixer paddle stopped spinning after 10 minutes and no longer works ... We have contacted cater connect about this and sent a video as further evidence of the issue. We were told our concern would be realised with their service support and get it resolved quickly ... Since then we have followed up a week later and we are now getting close to two weeks since we raised our issue and still have had no response ... So very unimpressed with the after sales support .

Took amost 2 weeks to come They blame the delivery company but I never even got tracking for the first time and they only answered phone or emails on day three. But the product is great once I got it

Bought a £3000 Espresso machine from these people last September it has developed a fault the machine has been looked at by a specialist it needs the regulator replacing. Made phone calls to this company only to be told I had to email, so far I have sent 4 no response on customer service whatsoever totally useless. I wouldn't us these people again. Rubbish
Excellent customer service
Ordered goods on a 3 - 5 day delivery having checked stock before placing the order. After 2 weeks we were still chasing the goods and only received part delivery despite the company advising they had dispatched in full. We are still, 20 days later waiting for the remainder of the goods we ordered and paid for. Service has been terrible.

Waited 3 extra weeks for the burner to come . The owner just gave excuses. All previous bad reviews describe well the reliability of this company. Costed me a lot of money ordering from them ( because of their unreliability )

In short, the worst company ever, I fully agree with all the bad reviews, I believe that all the good reviews are fake,THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY,once they have your money, you don't have a chance in the world to get it back, they will have a million reasons why they don't have to return it.BUYING FROM THEM IS LIKE BUYING FROM A THIRD COUNTRY.

Dec 20,2024We have recently removed our gas commercial cooker due to saftey concerns so decided to go all electric.We wanted a Lincat Phoenix electric 6 ring induction cooker. The purchase of this from Cater-Connect was straightforward and the delivery date was as promsied by them. I explained that as we were a small tennis club we would require contact from the haulier prior to delivery and also our premises were difficult to access. It was agreed the haulier would phone prior to delivery which he did and then he unloaded the cooker and trolley jacked it right into our kitchen which was perfect.
