Mar 17,2021Placed an order 10 days ago for some Vegan Gummies. This is the second time I've ordered from them, and the first was excellent! I have just received my order! YAY! The delay was due to Royal Mail delivering them to Surbiton instead of Somerset!!!! I did try to email CBD Guru 4 times, but as I was using the 'notification' address, which I now understand is 'non reply', I heard nothing from them. I contacted them through my Trustpilot review and we got it sorted. Understandably, they were cautious to make sure I really hadn't received the order and wasn't just trying to swing it for a freebie! Unfortunately, that gave me the feeling of 'guilty until proven innocent'! (Hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Modern life! So once it was established what had happened, they could not have been more pleasant and helpful and shipped me a bottle of 'vegan cbd gummies' post haste, with me by 11.30 am next day. I'm happy! :-) Thank you CBD Guru.
