Nov 13,2021Had an issue with Royal Mail (delivered when I was out and then no item when I went to collect), Neil and Lauren were fantastic, going above and beyond (providing me with a Royal Mail reference number and giving me information Royal Mail couldn’t - was thinking I would have to wait weeks but got my CBD Guru purchase in 9 days from ordering In the end). Very efficient, out of hours service, thanks guys!!!!
