I ordered a bracket for a dome camera. It was the wrong size and CCTV's customer service could not have been more helpful. After I sent them a couple of explanatory photo's they refunded my purchase instantly. Great service, many thanks.

I needed replace a camera and cable after my own poor installation didn't allow for rainwater drainage and the connection fried the camera board. Excellent advice and rapid despatch of the replacements parts got me up and running on no time. Thoroughly recommended

After some scumbag tried to break into my van on my drive, in broad daylight, while I was out shopping, I decided to invest in CCTV. I've spent far more ££'s with them [so far] than I had any intention of paying, and more time picking their brains that was even remotely reasonable for an 'off the high street' company, but I don't begrudge a penny of it. It is worth every £, and I'm about to buy two more cameras. I've got a GOOD system. I know my system it's good, because the police have commented about the high quality images while they were watching some playbacks of in the distance, edge of screen stuff, and asked if they could come back next time there's an incident in the road. I am never going to be their best customer, but I would far rather buy from CCTV Global than anyone else I've had dealings with wrt CCTV because they KNOW their stuff, they are not afraid to advise the customer, they always have enough time for the customer. Their support is 110%, but I like to get it by email, because it's easier to action it from the written word, in my own time Their only downside might be that they could be considered too knowledgeable about their stuff, while the customer might be struggling to keep up.

We purchased some new CCTV camera's from this company. Ian was very helpful in showing us what he thought would be suitable for us. Being somewhat 'aged' we struggled for a couple of days to get them installed. However after a call back to Ian at the company, within about 20 mins we were up and running. Excellent product and customer service. We would highly recommend them and certainly use them again.
