Sep 29,2020RETURN & REFUND We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase from CEL MD. ... If you're not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, return the product to us and we will refund your money in full, or exchange the goods....... This is from Cel md website.....I sent back 2 different products....2x hair stimulation formula and 4x hair stimulation pack..... there was no difference in my hair from using these products. I only received a $21.34 refund from a $78.12 order!! The other order, which cost me $75.70 has not been refunded yet!! $47.99 for a subscription which I canceled. Please honor your advertisement of a 100% refund if not satisfied!! I will be contacting the BBB and filling a complaint!

Sep 29,2020I ordered cel shampoo and conditioner, I was not happy with the product, upon purchase I was promised a 90 day money back guarantee and now I have been trying to contact this company for a few weeks now with no luck, they do not reply to my emails or queries and cannot find a phone number to contact them directly. It's all very disheartening and time wasting, I spent $75.95 and it looks like that's all going down the rubbish bin. Nadia Georgiou

Sep 28,2020I was told by customer service I was receiving a refund since it was over 3 months and I had not received any product. Then I get an email stating my refund was processed but no idea to which card or when it was done. Nothing came through I checked with the bank and tried to cal Cel. Then a month later I received a package but the main item the Neck cream was missing. I honestly am so tired of calling, emailing and waiting on them to fix or complete my order since May 2020. At this point it’s money down the drain for me looks I don’t get the items I ordered or the refund since it’s been 5 months and no one can seem to get this right. Customer service is good they are trying but the company and it’s products disappoint.

Sep 26,2020I actually love this shampoo and conditioner .Ive been through so many different types . The reviews range quite a lot and I wasn't impressed my self when first contacted them and the wait for the bottles to arrive . My hair feels fantastic and blows out lovely . Even my hairdresser has commented . Ive not experienced the stinging or itchy scalp at all . I will purchase again

Sep 24,2020This stuff works, I love it and I love seeing all the new baby hair coming out again... the only downfall is; if you have sensitive skin the shampoo made my scalp itches... that's it... but it saved my nonstop falling out hair... being using it for almost a year now ...

Sep 23,2020Your product do not work for me. I used a very tiny amount of shampoo and condition. My scalp were burning and were itching for many hours after used. I happen to purchased a three sets for gift to friend. After tried a gift sample myself I called all my friends not to use it just in case they have problem or sensitive skin types. Compared the product's price to low cost shampoo sold on Aldi store. Aldi product's are 100 times better. I usually don't give review on products purchased online, however, I must warn people to be careful with CEL Shampoo and Condition if they have sensitive skin.

Sep 21,2020Love this product, I was skeptical at first but my hair has improved dramatically. It has really grown in such a short amount of time that I’m pleased with the results and am a true believer that cel lives up to its promise. Yes I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their hair.

Sep 21,2020I’m an older user, have been for about 2 years. My hair is white, fine and was thinning. Doing better now, my hair has more body and alittle shine. Still thin but I can usually work with it. I’m happy with Cel and will continue using it.

Sep 20,2020I love the product. My hair fall is down to a minimum and my hair feels thicker! and my husband has been using the hair growth formula and is seeing new hair sprouting on his bald patch! My only wish is that you would allow purchasing just the shampoo as and when needed because the conditioner lasts longer and I have multiple bottles lying unused
