I have been using Central Mailing Services for many years and I have always found it to be a first class service. They are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. Having a personal Account Manager is great as you don't have to explain too much - they just seem to get it done - and since she switched to our managing our account, Caroline has been superb. I would definitely recommend Central Mailing Services.

We have been working with CMS now for the best part of 8 years, the reason being that the service we receive is never anything other than excellent. We have quite complicated requirements for our mailers as well as often very short turn around times. CMS will always go the extra mile to ensure our mailers are accurate and out on time. The team are a joy to work with and the relationship we have with them is key to the success of our business.

Customer/client satisfaction seems to be the number one priority for this company. The entire process runs like clockwork with management being heavily involved throughout and they clearly know what they are doing!!

They are extremely reliable and very friendly. They are very well priced and show their costings clearly in emails. If you need to talk to them/visit they are always able to accommodate. We have used their fantastic services a few times for a range of projects and we will continue to do so.

Have been working with CMS for a number of years now and more recently on a very large account. It was only CMS that I found were able to take on some very large and critically timed volumes. They arranged 24/7 hour working purely to ensure our client was served with the most efficient and timely service. Highly recommended.

Central Mailing Services are great! Excellent customer service, quick responses, speedy fulfilment. They went above and beyond for us when our shipment from America (huge pallet of magazines!) was delivered to the wrong address which was down the road from CMS. They retrieved them at no cost to us and couldn't have been nicer about it. Would definitely recommend CMS and use them again.
