The only reason I have not given a 5 star is that we are relatively new customers, although I do think we will have a long relationship with CMS. This is our second year now and we are particularly impressed with how easy it is to communicate with them, their understanding of our job needs, and delivering accurately to our tight time scales. I had previously used Royal Mail for over 10 years to deliver our mailing solutions before discovering CMS, they have taken away the complexities of bulk mailing, and it costs us less! I just wish we had made the move a few years earlier. All in all I would recommend CMS for hassle free mailing solutions, competitive pricing and a fantastic customer relationship.

We have worked with CMS for a number of years now. Always been reliable and fairly priced on both the fulfilment and data bureau side. The data team have recently done some great work for us and when we had an issue on one of our mailings (not the fault of CMS) Mitesh provided second to none support in helping us, giving good advice and guidance.

I have carried out multiple complex mailing projects with Central Mailing Services. I have also found them to be excellent they are very quick to respond to any queries. They have also been really helpful in providing ideas and feedback to ensure that our projects perform as desired.

I fully understand why Central Mailing Services have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence accreditation which they fully deserve. In addition they have the ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environmental and ISO 27001 for Data Security. Year on Year Central Mailing Services have gone from strength to strength and have doubled their turnover in the last 3 years. I wish them continued success which they deserve. The staff are very friendly and always willing to please the Customer. Keep up the good work.

Everyone on the team at CMS is helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with! Our company is based in the United States, but needed to do mailing projects in the UK and CMS made it a breeze. The process was easy from start to finish, and the printed products were lovely. We will absolutely go back to them for all of our future UK mailing needs!
