Dec 30,2024Arrived and 2 of the buttons didn’t work, charging cable was dirty, also had issues with the cable as it would only work in certain positions. Returned to CEX in Dublin City centre and the staff member was being a bit of a jerk. Returned the product anyway and got a refund in about 4 days. Don’t buy, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with buying gadgets from CEX either

Dec 29,2024CEX IPhone 15 Review - Grade A This is my review after having the IPhone 15 blue version 128GB after 1 week. Firstly I have to say I think the shipping was good. Since I had a strong preference for the blue appearance of the phone over the rest of the colours I was holding out until it came back in stock, as soon as it did, I ordered it and had it 3 days after. This was faster than expected. I chose for the phone to be in Grade A condition and it arrived without a single scratch or mark. I was very impressed. It was practically new. I am with Vodafone so since the IPhone was unlocked I had no issues transferring the SIM from my prior phone. I was also slightly concerned about transferring my information from Android to IPhone but thankfully there was no issues there either, it was all very smooth. Lastly, I checked the battery capacity and cycle count of the phone only to be amazed that there were no prior charges and 100% capacity. It runs very smoothly and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I will definitely be buying from CEX again, I can’t recommend it enough. As of writing this review I have not encountered a single problem.
