Feb 16,2025I love CEX and I have been a customer for years. Recently, two hard drives I bought were defective. Their testing process needs to improve. Although I got a full refund, I have to find another one to buy and start my data transfer process again. A waste of time for me with 6TB of data to manage.

Feb 14,2025It's very handy when you're after an old game and it comes back in stock but 3.50 for delivery is a bit much also it's 3.50 per item. The items I have got have being perfect though in all fairness, I never would have got those games anywhere else, also the prices of the older games some are extremely cheap compared to eBay etc, also there are some games that are almost impossible to get for PS2/pc now so cex is a very good bet. I can't complain too much as I have gotten some games I never would have being able to get, and I have bein looking high and low for some and only cex had and got them so thanks cex,I understand the point of the postage as it's time consuming on a worker to find the game pack it and ship it,I would recommend though to cap postage at 10 euro when it's only games and ship together, obviously a console etc is going to be more expensive,and you're welcome with my review I just try to be honest with my reviews,also the games and accessories have always came 100% perfect never an issue and always in excellent condition, and it's fast delivery aswell also they are packed very carefully.....so yes I'd recommend cex for that older game you're after,you can even get a notification when it's back in stock if they haven't got it at the time which is great (I just got an email as I'm writing this about an old pc game I'm waiting and was looking for),I have used it a lot,I gave it 4 ⭐ not 5 ⭐ just because if I want four cheap PS2/PC games which might only cost 12/14 euro for all of them the postage is the same if not more ...again though I highly recommend them as items are 100% and very fast delivery I've never had an issue with any item also the staff in my local cex are great very knowledgeable,I will continue to use them also their trade in prices are very good and store credit is very very fair towards other company's that were around even better than pawn shops ....I was helped with an iPad for my daughter for school the man even told me not to buy a certain one I was going to buy because of something to do with updates so he just didn't do it for a sale but I did get a laptop there which was almost new it looked new anyway it was an i3 8 GB ram and a 256 memory and 15.6 screen it was for my daughter he went through so much and helped with it making sure I got what it was need for, personally he made sure it was perfect for her he didn't just pick any for a sale he knew his stuff and had a very decent manner and respect and took his time obviously I can't mention the store but he deserves a raise because I'll be buying a new laptop from him and trading in my old one. Long review but hope it helps someone again definitely recommend cex for all items old games,tech,phones,laptops etc.
