Channel Advisor is very user friendly and as the customer service manager, I find it easy to train new staff members to use it. It has lots of great features and we would be lost without it. Highly recommend for any business considering it.

The software is easy to use, the training and setup have been excellent and simple and the variety of sites it can be plugged in to is good. Always like for their to be further marketplaces to work with but Channeladvisor are way ahead of the competition right now.

It also has simplified our order management process, making it easier, faster and more automated. Channel Advisor business rule makes it easy to do complex activities, pricing and tail make features unique to our business.

Most impressively I have experienced almost zero downtime, less than 1% in errors and glitches with a rapid response to these issue, an excellent customer support structure with round the clock assistance and most of all our sales speak for themselves. I would recommend ChannelAdvisor to anyone, a genuinely impressive e-commerce solution.

We've barely scratched the surface of what is on offer. We've also seen big improvements in operational efficiency through improved feed and order management capabilities. Channel Advisor staff have been on hand at every step of our journey, guiding us through new marketplace launches and even helping us obtain new relationships with trading platforms. We've benefited significantly from the extensive reporting suites and insights provided for all areas of the business.

Aug 18,2017This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and that's all they care about. Promise you the world and do not deliver squat. Never the same people working there, get tossed around from person to person, and no one knows what is going on. Try to call and call and call and can't get anyone on the phone. When you finally get someone they want to charge you. Terrible company save you money.
