I was using Linnworks previously and made the scary switch to ChannelAdvisor. It was more money, of course, but it is a more fully tooled up platform and has helped us grow on to marketplaces we weren't on before. Their Amazon repricer is amazing..or should that be Amazong! If you sell powertools etc...don't use ChannelAdvisor...as it is my secret weapon and I don't want you catching up

We have used Channel advisor for many years. Over this period of time they have become a valuable extension of our digital team. We have launched numerous complicated projects over the recent years, sometimes with 2 or 3 projects running in tandem. In our experience the project managers assigned to our accounts have delivered over and above what was expected. On some recent projects our assigned implementation consultant, Marina Sancho Ferre, certainly went the extra mile and got our projects over the line in the face of some difficult integration issues which were caused by the commercial platforms we were integrating with & not Channel Advisor. Had it not been for Marina we would have certainly struggled to launch these projects, her determination to work under pressure and complete these tricky integrations is a credit to her and the back up support of Channel Advisor.

Channel Advisor is an excellent channel with many exciting features. It may seem overwhelming at first but our dedicated account manager (Ahmad) has stayed with us throughout and been extremely pro-active in the set up process and beyond.
Difficult to review as we have had some fantastic experiences along with some devastating. I think it depends on which account manager you are assigned. On one project, our account manager managed to delete all of our Amazon listings. Fortunately it was on a new channel but if this had been one of our long-running channels this could have ended our business there and then. However on other projects I have experienced the most fabulous service from knowledgeable and attentive staff who seem to really care. Channel Advisor has also allowed us to enter new markets with ease and at low start up cost. We have only been signed up for 6 months but so far - there's been ups and downs.
With years of experience selling on the biggest marketplaces in the world, I can honestly recommend ChannelAdvisor's services. They have an outstanding support crew that resolves issues in record time - I've personally been contacted by Marina (Implementation Consultant) regarding setting up a new marketplace. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and provided one-on-one support through every step of the process. ChannelAdvisor is probably the best platform for online retailers available on the market today, particularly for managing multiple channels. Yair

My frustration with Channel Advisor has led me to the point, where I am having to post a second review the America URL of their site, to emphasise to others not to make the same mistake I did. One would think that after having inventory descriptions of 1000's of items deleted, sales dropped and a persistent lack of communication, things could only get better. Wrong! After expressing my story on the UK URL of the Channel Advisor website, Channel Advisor did finally contact me to sort out the issues. However, this must have just been an attempt to get me to remove the negative review, as it has now been 4 months since signing up with them and still my Amazon site is not live. During this period the technical issues never stopped, with the most recent occurring from a simple request to revert the eBay marketplace back to its original settings. Simple enough? Apparently not, as there is now a clash between Channel Advisor and eBay causing errors in loading images, for ALL products in the inventory. With Christmas fast approaching, I can't believe that this is even happening. Their solution to the problem? Fix all 5000 listings, one by one. But, even that is not as simple as it may seem, as I am also unable to revise any of the listings. So I guess I am meant to just sit here and watch my sales drop, as "opening a case" with Channel Advisor has still to yield a response. In hindsight, I question my decision of signing up with Channel Advisor. The software is simply inferior to eBay, which is more fluid, rapid and intuitive. For anyone still in two minds about signing up with Channel Advisor, please have a read of their terms and conditions. In particular the "Limitation of Liability Clause", a common clause in many contracts; but if this: "IN NO EVENT WILL CHANNELADVISOR OR ITS AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT." isn't a sign of a company you do not want to deal with, I don't know what is. Now, my only goal is to get my marketplaces running as they were pre Channel Advisor and getting a refund, as this venture was truely a shamble.
I will sign up with Channel advisor few months ago... I can tell that all the states of explaining me about the platform was very kind and the high professional. After I signed up I met Ahmed which is my lounge manager- his mission is to help me to do the lounge stage as much as quickly and smoother it can be... During that time I was find out that he is very professional and kind person have a lot of patience to all my questions... It's not easy sometimes especially if you are doing it for the first time...Moving Your business Into a platform... But it is the right thing to do so I believe. Also I had contact with Vanessa which is my success manager and her mission is to make me success and sell more with the help of the platform through all the marketplaces... If you are going to outsource digital advertising and marketplaces, don't think its one way traffic where the partner does all the work. You still need to feed in good data and analysis into Channel Advisor to deliver maximum success [cough cough, ahem, embarrassed emoji face to the 1 star reviewers here, as I think this might be your issue?!]. CA will then hone it to a level you probably couldn't ever achieve in house. Even if you could, you would likely be burning the candle at both ends when you probably have other pressing business to be getting on with.... These guys are proactive, expert, and good at managing relationships. Its one of the first outsourced relationships we have had where it both feels like added value and proves it in terms of return [or whatever metric you aspire to]. I shouldn't be writing this as you might be a competitor, but get on the Channel Advisor bandwagon quickly if I were you!
The representatives from CA were very helpful, clear and friendly while they helped us through the process of setting up CA with our website. Couldn't recommend these enough! Great service & helpful staff.
We have been using Channel Advisor for around a year and have been impressed with the level of service and the platform itself. We have been in close contact with the customer success manager and look forward to going live in many more marketplaces very soon. The monthly fee is a little high so I suggest launching in many marketplaces not just one or two. Overall we are very happy to be a Channel Advisor customer.
I was receiving emails and calls from Channel Advisor for at least 12 months before we engaged in formal discussions about the platform, before that our online business was not “ready” to make the leap. To be honest, the sales person we dealt with was overly pushy and definitely over promised in a few areas. Clearly from other reviews this is a common theme, this was over 2 years ago so things may well have changed by now. The sales person I was dealing with left the business weeks after we signed the deal. To be honest, in the interlude between signing the contract and launching the software, I did feel a little nervous, the software is not cheap and it also requires a substantial time investment to get launched. Looking back on the decision now, it was absolutely the right way to go and pivotal in our ecommerce journey. In the 2 years since launch, we have more than doubled our marketplace revenue (£2m to over £5m in 2016), obviously that growth is not entirely down to the Channel Advisor system, however, we could not have achieved the rate of growth with the level of resources without the Channel Advisor Platform. All of the information and support is provided, but you have to have the time to put the work in. Someone in your business needs to become the Channel Advisor “Guru” and be proactive about managing and growing your marketplace accounts and maximising the use of the software. Channel Advisor can do as much as you want it to – but you cannot be passive in the process and expect huge levels of sales growth simply as a bi-product of listing your products via this system. As well as growing in existing channels (eBay UK, Amazon UK), we have expanded into new domestic and foreign markets, which took a few months from concept to conclusion (much easier if like us you have Magento & in house dev). I also signed up to their “digital marketing” module and have again seen triple digit growth over 2 years, and again, no, it is not just using this software, but as part of a wider aggressive growth strategy, Channel Advisor has helped us grow website sales faster with less resources. Channel Advisor staff, particularly account managers, launch managers and support are excellent to deal with – responsive, polite, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the product. The SSC (strategy and support centre) actually has the answers to most questions or detailed easy-to-follow instructions for anything you are trying to achieve. If you take the time to look, you can pretty much solve any problem from there, but if not support are quick to respond and usually solve issues in a couple of emails. Out of all the platforms we use in our web and retail operations (WMS, CMS, delivery management, CRM, EPOS, Email marketing software etc.) Channel Advisor has the best interface, usability, stability, and support and account management. I’ll sign off by saying, if your business is in good shape, you have time and ability to get to grips with the platform and maximize it, Channel Advisor will be the best business partner you could ever wish for.

We have been with CA now for 1 year and achieved a growth of turnover over 34% per year, Platform is very powerful and easy to understand however basic programming skills are highly recommended if you want get most of it. Technical support is really good always delivering solution to the problem Big thanks to out account manager for all her help with opening new marketplaces and support in general Platform is not cheap but worth the money for this what it does Definitely recommended for any serious sellers out there that want a unbelievable platform to grow with
Working with Channel Advisor for a few months now and still getting to know the system, but the platform has great potential. It is very interactive for sellers with it's widgets and reporting tools. I joined the team when we were integrating our Amazon account, and the person helping us with the integration process was extremely helpful in getting us through it and explaining all the details thoroughly. The only downside in my opinion, is the support system that does not feel is instantly there when you need advice or help. It would be so useful if there was a Live Chat, Support Phone Number or quick responses to new cases, so that you're not left struggling on how to fix issues especially if they are urgent matters. I'd also love to see more live training sessions for users rather than having to refer to the SSC's. when you need any help. With every system, there will never be perfection but just continuous upgrading, and we can see with Channel Advisor that is exactly what they strive to do. We also have an Account Manager who was assigned to our account after integrations, who's been very helpful in seeing our grow in different channels and countries and we look forward to keep working with her.
