Jul 28,2022Brought a gt3 in a personal capacity and a Etron on my business , Tom Theobald was my point of contact and the whole process was seamless. Tom even came to my house to get signed Docs and stopped me buying a over priced car which isnt even part of the service. Chloe was a massive help liaising with my finance department to arrange the Etron also. Overall there is only place to use to finance high end vehicles and that is C&D!

Jack has been an absolute legend throughout and I cannot recommend them highly enough. What should’ve been a simple purchase turned slightly chaotic (dealer side) but Jack was there to make sure it all still went as smoothly as possible, going absolutely above and beyond what I would ever expect a broker to do. Chloe dealt with the admin side and was on the ball with regards to chasing documents etc and getting the sale complete ASAP for me, wouldn’t go anywhere else and will use this service everytime going forward rather than the Cars sales own finance!

Jul 14,2022I used Charles and Dean to fund my Abarth purchase. Dean was super helpful at getting me some quotes that I was able to get accepted on, with a good interest rate. Communication and help was great, and he was always kind and happy to answer any questions. I had an issue signing the docs, and Chloe was just as helpful at resolving them for me. I can't fault the guys at Charles and Dean enough, and will definitely be returning when I upgrade the car!

I dealt with Holand and Hannah throughout the process, they were extremely helpful and patient with me as I was very particular with the spec of car I wanted. They were always fast to respond to my emails and were always at the other end of the phone when I needed to speak with them. I used various brokers to get quotes for PCP on potential cars I was interested in but none of them could beat or even match the quotes provided by Charles & Dean. The level of detail and customer care offered is second to none. Holand was immensely helpful in assisting me in getting the right car for my budget. I am thoroughly happy with the service I received and will be doing business again with Charles and Dean on my next car purchase.
