I was skeptical at first ordering form France and never knowing the company beforehand, but reading previous Trustpilot comments reinsured me, so I went with it. All went well, and I am happy with my purchase. I had to pay an extra tarif at the delivery though. Some out of EU companies arrange to already include this cost, but it wasn't the case here, neither was it specified on their website. Another point is that the watch was already on, when normally, having already buy straight from the retailer (Olivia Burton) it is never the case, and the front and verso transparent plastics on the dial were also missing. So I gather it was a returned article put in the circuit again, which is fine but I would have liked an extra discount for it. This is why I'm only attributing 4 stars instead of 5. All in all, I am quite happy with my purchase as the watch is clean and doesn't appear worn. So, a one purchase experience only at this stage, but I can recommend that web site, the package was also pretty properly wrapped and thus the good well protected. Sent pretty swiftly as well.
