I ordered a Swarovski necklace which was £40 cheaper through Charles Fish than ordering from Swarovski themselves, which meant I could also buy flowers for the lady with the savings. Oct 27,2022I sold 2 of my Rolex watches to this company who were fantastic from start to finish, the girls in the Chelmsford store are very polite, pleasant and helpful. I dealt with Luke online who priced the watches over email prior to booking an appointment in store, he was very very prompt at replying to my emails and the prices Luke offered were the exact prices I received when I brought the watches to their store, they didn’t chip me on the price! The experience was very quick and easy and they paid me via bank transfer the same day! I would 100% recommend this company over the bigger dealers and will definitely use again myself!

The watch itself was described as mint and it exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t be happier with it. I would use Charles Fish again in a heartbeat. Simply superb.
