Nov 29,2022As someone who buys property, Charles White has ensured I will never purchase a managed property again. They are impossible to deal with, leave unanswered emails, do nothing about MAJOR issues - including the health and safety of all in their managed residences. They do not take on board any valid and/or reasonable requests made by the people living in the buildings they manage. They just don't care and they make sure you are aware of this, I guess in hopes you are left so despondent you stop emailing to request the service they claim to provide.
