I was unable to find the men's jewelry box I wanted for my son-in-law in various stores. Was so happy to find exactly what I wanted from Chasing Treasure. Actual product arrived without a hitch, was securely packaged and the quality of the box was beautiful -- just what I wanted. Thank you!

EXCELLENT PROMPT DELIVERY OF A QUALITY PRODUCT. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT MY ORDER MAKING IT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS AND IT WAS AT MY DOOR 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED.

No tracking information was sent to me. The name plate is being shipped separately and I still do not know when that will be .At the time I ordered the Jewelry box it was not explained to me that it would ship separately. I sent a request twice for tracking information and never heard anything back. I cant seem to get anyone on the phone to help me find out what's going on. I just hope that the quality of the Jewelry box is better than the rest of this process.
