My conveyancer insisted I use this app regardless that it went well beyond legal requirements. The AI model refused to accept my face, despite trying different backgrounds, lighting, Etc. I tried their tech support which was useless and refused to connect me to any sort of real person
Wandile was patient, understanding and reassuring. He dealt with the issue quickly and with confidence and resolved it not just by fixing an issue, but actually guiding me through the entire process whilst I remained on the phone.
Unfortunately I did not realize that the purchase side of my transaction had cleared, but not the sale of my bungalow. I phoned up, and you were able to link to a senior technician and the problem was sorted in fifteen minutes. I was very grateful and appreciative of the efficient and courteous service!

Unable to complete the checkboard as I don't have the ID that the app requires. I phoned the helpline and all I got was you need a valid passport or driving licence. He did not want to find another way around this. Just kept repeating what the app required and money laundering rules.

I initially had a bad experience with the Checkboard information app. It started with the fact that my mobile was not compatible with the Checkboard requirements. After help from their administrative team I was able to use my husband's mobile. I then had a number of problems generally with the app itself which again the administrative team helped me with. Without their help I would not have been able to complete the task. My thanks go to them for all their assistance.

The Checkboard platform is excellent time saving technology. Whilst we had a minor glitch in the beginning, the customer support through Wandile Zondo was very professional, efficient and empathetic. His support quickly ensured my wife & I could complete the process

His customer service has been amazing, he has been patient with me, friendly, helpful and even went through the app and process step by step. I can not thank you enough for all your help Wandile. I have reviewed the information I have 'shared' (to whom I have no idea!). Now my solicitor is asking me to send the 'check' which seems to be asking me to fill it in all over again? An email would take a few seconds but the whole i.d. verification and selfie which took ages first time round. I honestly cannot see any point of this app except to get the customer to do the work of someone else and then to be charged for the privilege.

Sep 01,2023I found the app quite a tedious process and not very flexible. I did have to call the help centre twice and ask the online help as well. In all instances the agents were very helpful but a pity I had to call in the first place. I am very tech savvy but found the app quite inefficient. One of the main issues was that my bank was not listed on their external app.
