Sep 26,2019I have been doing business with Check City for over 10 years. I am known at my local Check City and the people that work there have always been very friendly. Some of the employees are actually my friends outside of the business. I do get loans quite often and always pay them first of the month. It is difficult because I have bad credit and get my Veteran's disability check once a month. Cecilia Luna is a friend of my wife and I. She moved to a different Check city location but we are still fiends. Thought I'd mention her in this review but there are many more professional employees.

I’ve never been to this location in downtown before but I definitely won’t return as they were rude and unprofessional talking about people and customers right in their face like you couldn’t hear them. I will only go to the Southside location where I felt comfortable.
