Received a bad tire. Showing wiring out of tire that has less than 10k miles on the tire. I was told know one else had a issue with the batch that tire came from. Of course I sent pictures. Also told to bring it to their shop in GA so they can look at it. I was in Michigan so i just told them to forget it and I'll never do business with them. I ordered from them in the past. Takes a long time to get your tires. Sometimes they will send one by one if you order multiple tires. Please stay away!!

20% of whatever pay will go to the Checksuper store junk processing fee. They disguise it as this a shipping fee, along with a separate tracking fee. It's ridiculous...like they're not making enough profit on printing on cheap paper? Shipping ...the word slow makes it seem to fast.
While checks arrived safe and sound. I did call for tech-support waited 48 hours and they didn’t have the courtesy to even call me back. They sent me a text message that they didn’t put a tracking number on the package. We ordered duplicate side bound checks, they don’t include a crap vinyl checkbook holder nor an option to buy one! Plus the checks are a bit larger than other brands on other websites so you can’t order from another websites. Additionally, they don’t even offer a crap vinyl checkbook holder, which is critical for a duplicate check because you need that little piece of plastic to separate the checks so you don’t write through each check . If you’re ordering duplicate checks, avoid this vendor because of poor service, and no checkbook holder included with your order. .
I agree with the folks who only gave them one star. But I gave them 3 stars because the checks arrived here in a solid cardboard package safe and sound. But calling a company in Texas to meet up with a confused Asian accented representative is symptomatic of the dysfunctional new normal. And even with perfectly clear English being spoken by both of us the representative was unable to get the facts straight as I presented them. They mainly forgot to send me the included binder. The checks arrived in mere days while the binder is to take nearly 3 weeks. And there is even more confusion since she doesn't listen to what I JUST SAID! But I won't go through the rest of this nonsensical conversation. However, the checks seem perfectly usable (although no wow factor here) with the correct information of my business imprinted. And since we use so few checks anymore I might be deceased long before we use this many up. So I won't have to order more checks from them and probably would look elsewhere next time! The check quality is simply only adequate as is the inattentive customer service.
First, I requested checks with the wrong account number. That was my bad. I attempted to correct that by making another order with the correct account number. The new checks they sent, though, had the original incorrect account number! They'd reship the order with the correct account number at no additional charge, but they would not up the shipping speed. This time the account number was right. When they say 10-12 business days, however, believe it! That does not include weekends or holidays, so it practically means 2-2.5 weeks. It takes every bit of that. Standard shipping is vis DHL, a counterpart of UPS or FedEx based in Germany. The checks were processed and shipped in Texas; but for the time they took to arrive, they might as well have been shipped from Germany.
One box of checks will cost you $18. Their method is, they make you go through all the hassle of ordering, and will not tell you the fees until the end. Now you have invested so much time in this, that you just continue because you don’t want to start over somewhere else. Shame shame shame on them.
I ordered two boxes of checks advertised at $5.49 each and my bill came to $29.88 after all the 'Processing' fees which were not disclosed until after I spent all the time to enter my check data. Bait-and-Switch. Never again.
I entered in all 12 digits of my business checking account and they printed checks with only 9 digits and said it was my fault and refused to refund me the fees incurred from the bounced checks. How it is my fault that their system did not pick up all 12 digits? I entered the digits more than once also. Very bad business. Not taking responsiblity for their mistakes and making it right.

I recommend this company for their quick, courteous customer service and how well they treated me. I write very few checks and only ordered one box. A network glitch resulted in me mistakenly ordering two sets. I didnt realize it until both were made and going to be shipped but was able to return one and refunded. Each time I contacted customer service by email due to voice issues and quickly received a friendly reassuring response and even though they could have considered me insignificant, they have shown great regard and followed through with action that I can trust them. This means as much if not more than the quality of their checks and security feature that are a great value in comparison to other check companies.
Your website is not user friendly. Reorders are difficult. Your selection for business checks is very limited. The checks I previously orders fro several of our companies are not longer available.In the future I will probably go to another vendor. I'm sorry if this seems harsh but I was so frustrated after my order!
The checks are beautiful, got them quickly, but. I ordered on the telephone and my phone number was suppised to be added on the checks, that is o.k., but ordered the matching adress lables, too. And haven't received them. This is my second time ordering, and always happy with the shipment, but this time, not to happy. I thought they would at least send an email conformation of the phone order, but didn't, think I will order online next time, at least I can print a hard copy, or save the order.
I ordered a box of checks from Checks Superstore on October 6. The website says they shipped on October 24. The checks never came. I called the customer service dept. and they said it was not their fault because I didn’t choose the trackable package option... which is strange because why wouldn’t I? I told them I was worried someone stole the checks and would use them. They were unconcerned and said it was not their fault because I waited more that 14 days to report the issue. When I tried to send an email through their website to lodge a formal complaint, the message box restricted my complaint to 250 characters. My next step is to contact my bank to make sure no one tries to use these checks.
The order process was easy enough. The free shipping was a bait and switch. I wanted checks and a check book cover. The checks arrived but I have to wait over three weeks for the check book cover and registers ?
I had a very good experience with Checks Superstore. Fairly easy to order, arrived in good time and were exactly what I wanted.
Ordered my checks online and received them less than a week later. Very dependable and reliable customer service.

Check Superstore is not a company that you should do business with. I put in an order with them .They verified the order. They quickly got their money from my account. They sent me an e-mail saying my order was in production. And then nothing. I don't seem to exist in their opinion. They got my money for nothing.
